The website pile, handled
SpiceJet sales often sit outside the GDS file. Retrieving the PNR takes that block of entry off the desk.
SpiceJet accounting integration
A SpiceJet booking should reach the books without being typed a second time. Retrieve the PNR, and SYSTACC drafts the flight invoice with the passengers, the sectors and the fare. You still decide what gets posted.

Overview
SpiceJet bookings often sit on the airline website, not inside a GDS file. On a new flight invoice, choose the SpiceJet account your agency uses, enter the PNR and the passenger last name, and retrieve. SYSTACC reads the booking and fills the draft.
The draft keeps the PNR and the booking date. Each sector arrives with the SG flight number, class, departure and arrival times, cities, airports, terminals and check-in baggage. A return on the same booking is included, so the route is built from those sectors.
The fare comes in as the journey total split across the passengers, with the tax total carried as other charges. SYSTACC applies your SpiceJet commission setup, including IATA, PLB and cashback. It does not invent a YQ, YR or GST line the booking did not send. Finance reviews the numbers, then saves.
The same invoice can also start from a SpiceJet ticket PDF. The PNR, the booking reference and the fee lines printed on the payment block are read in, including a seat fee or a GST line when the ticket shows it. A later refund is a credit note against the invoice you posted.
Benefits
SpiceJet sales often sit outside the GDS file. Retrieving the PNR takes that block of entry off the desk.
Sectors, baggage and a return on the same booking land together, so the invoice matches the trip the customer holds.
Those SpiceJet accounts retrieve onto their own supplier line, so the payable does not mix.
The journey total and tax total are filled in, commission comes from your setup, and nothing posts until you save.
How it works
On the flight invoice, select the website source and the SpiceJet retrieve account configured for your agency.
Enter the PNR and the passenger last name. SYSTACC pulls the booking onto the draft.
Check names, SG flight numbers, times, terminals, baggage and the fare split. Adjust anything that needs a human decision.
Save the customer invoice and the SpiceJet payable. A later refund is a credit note against the same invoice.

Apply your IATA, PLB and cashback setup after the booking is on the draft.
Read a SpiceJet ticket for the PNR, the booking reference and the fee lines printed on it.
Raise a refund against the invoice you posted, so the customer and the SpiceJet payable both move.

The retrieve brings the journey total and the tax total as other charges. It does not invent a YQ, YR or GST line the booking did not send. A SpiceJet ticket PDF can add the fee lines actually printed on that ticket, including GST when the ticket shows it. You review the fare, then save.
