IN THE DAILY WORK

The full story behind every balance.

A balance is only useful when you can explain it. SYSTACC keeps every invoice, receipt, credit note and adjustment attached to the account it touches.

01Drill-down

From the outstanding figure to the ticket behind it.

Open a customer and the outstanding balance sits at the top. One click shows the invoices, receipts and credit notes that make it up, and one more opens the transaction itself with its booking reference, passenger and fare.

Finance answers a balance query in the call, not the next day. The same trail works for suppliers, airlines and banks, so every account in the books reads the same way.

  • Balance to bill to booking
  • Customer, supplier, airline and bank accounts
  • Invoice and receipt context
  • Reference on every line

02Sub-ledgers

Summaries for the overview. Detail when you need it.

Sub-ledgers group accounts by customers, suppliers, airlines and banks. The summary view shows each group total, and the detailed view lists every account and movement inside it.

Owners scan the summary at the start of the day. Accountants work in the detailed view. Both read the same postings, so the totals always agree.

  • Customer and supplier sub-ledgers
  • Airline and bank ledgers
  • Summary and detailed views
  • Branch-wise filters

03Adjustments

Opening balances, adjustments and transfers on the record.

Bring opening balances in when you move to SYSTACC, and start from the figures your previous books closed with. Adjustments post as entries with a reason, so the change stays visible later.

Balance and account transfers move an amount between accounts or branches as a proper posting. Both sides update together and the trail shows where the money went.

  • Adjustments with a reason
  • Balance transfers
  • Account transfers across branches

Receipts and payments land against the bills they clear.

  3. 03Adjust

Credit notes and transfers update the same account.

  4. 04Explain

The ledger tells the full story behind the balance.
