GDS, AIRLINE & BANK INTEGRATIONS

Your systems already have the data. SYSTACC puts it to work.

GDS, airlines, suppliers and banks already hold the booking. SYSTACC brings them into one accounting flow. Files, APIs and webhooks travel with that same trail, from the ticket to the ledger.

FOUR WAYS IN

Every source. One place in the books.

Direct connections, structured files and APIs all arrive as records finance can invoice, reconcile and report.

01

Direct connections

Pull the booking from the system that already holds it.

  • Amadeus, Sabre and Travelport
  • IndiGo, SpiceJet, Akasa Air and Air India
  • Verteil, TBO and TripJack
  • ICICI Bank and YES BANK
02

Structured files

Turn the files finance already receives into entries.

  • AIR, MIR and IUR files
  • PDF and spreadsheet intake
  • Supplier ledgers from TBO, Akbar, Riya, MakeMyTrip and TripJack
  • Bank files and transaction data
03

API & webhooks

Keep accounting in step with the rest of the operation.

  • APIs for system-to-system exchange
  • Webhooks for event-driven workflows
  • Booking engines and internal tools
04

Ready for the books

The same record supports the work that follows.

  • Invoices, memos and credit notes
  • Ledgers and outstanding
  • Bank and supplier reconciliation
  • GST outputs from daily transactions

THE NETWORK

The systems travel businesses already run on.

A sample of the connections in use. More GDS, airline, supplier and bank formats are supported.

GDS

Amadeus, Sabre and Travelport already hold the booking the desk sold. SYSTACC reads the file those systems produce, including Galileo traffic that arrives through Travelport, and posts the ticket, the sector and the fare as one entry. The passenger name, the route and the amount stay with that record, so finance does not type the same sale a second time just to get it onto the ledger.

AIR, MIR and IUR files land next to that connection and carry the same trail. Each file can support the invoice, the supplier line and the balance still open. When a ticket is voided or a sector changes, reconciliation uses the source record rather than a retyped copy, and the books stay tied to the GDS that issued the sale.

Airlines

IndiGo, Air India, Air India Express, SpiceJet, Akasa Air, Emirates and Qatar Airways put ticket, refund and settlement activity on the books through the day. SYSTACC brings that carrier activity into the same flow as the GDS sale, so the ticket and a later refund are not two unrelated piles of paper. Fare, tax and commission remain attached to the document that created them.

An exchange or a refund comes back against the original ticket, and the entry already knows that ticket. Finance can raise the invoice, issue the credit note and match the settlement without rebuilding the sale by hand. The carrier record and the ledger are reading one trail, from the first coupon to the amount still outstanding.

Suppliers

TBO, TripJack and Verteil send the hotel, package and consolidator records that still have to reach a supplier ledger. SYSTACC turns those records into entries the supplier account can carry, with the booking reference left on the line. A package sold in the morning can be invoiced and aged without someone copying the voucher into the books.

Supplier ledgers from Riya Travels, Akbar Travels, MakeMyTrip, Cleartrip, Fly24hrs and EaseMyTrip arrive as the files the desk already receives. The same intake covers the supplier invoice, the credit and the balance still outstanding. Month-end supplier reconciliation starts from the record the supplier sent, and that record stays linked to the booking it paid for.

Banks

ICICI Bank, YES BANK, Punjab National Bank, IDBI Bank, Karur Vysya Bank, Federal Bank and Bank of Baroda statements are the other side of the close. SYSTACC takes the transactions in those files and lines them against the receipts and payments already on the ledger. A credit from a client or a debit to a supplier can be matched to the entry it belongs to, instead of ticked down a spreadsheet one row at a time.

Each matched line keeps the booking it settles. An amount that does not match stays visible as outstanding, and the same trail feeds the bank reconciliation the month depends on. The statement and the books are then one record of the rupee, ready for the trial balance and the reports that follow the close.

HOW IT ARRIVES

Supported integration methods.

APIs, files and travel records all arrive as entries the books can invoice, reconcile and report.

API

A booking engine or internal tool can send the sale straight into SYSTACC. The ticket, the fare and the client travel with the call, so the invoice does not wait on a file someone has to drop by hand.

The same exchange can read a balance or an outstanding line back out. Accounting stays in step with the system that sold the trip.

Webhooks

When a ticket is issued, a refund is raised or a payment lands, a webhook can carry that event as it happens. Finance does not have to poll a folder to learn that the day has moved.

Each event still points at the booking it belongs to. The invoice, the credit note and the outstanding update from that signal.

FTP sync

Many GDS, airline and bank feeds still arrive as files on a server. SYSTACC can pick those files up on a schedule and bring them into the same intake as a direct connection.

A new AIR file or a statement does not sit unnoticed until someone downloads it. The sync keeps the folder and the books on the same clock.

XML

Distribution and supplier systems often hand the booking over as XML. SYSTACC reads the passenger, the sector and the fare from those tags and posts them as one entry.

The structure stays intact on the way in. A void or a sector change can be matched back to the same record, rather than a retyped copy.

JSON

Newer booking tools speak JSON. SYSTACC maps the fields finance needs: the reference, the amount, the tax and the party to invoice.

What the payload sends and what the ledger stores are the same facts, ready for an invoice and a reconciliation.

CSV

Supplier ledgers and bank downloads often show up as CSV. Each row becomes a line the books can age, match or leave as outstanding.

The booking reference on the row is what keeps it tied to the sale. Month-end starts from the file the other side already sent.

XLS

Spreadsheets are still how many desks receive a supplier statement or a refund list. SYSTACC reads the sheet and turns the rows into entries, without a second round of typing.

A credit and an invoice on the same sheet can land on the right account, with the reference left on the line.

PDF

Some suppliers and airlines still send the invoice as a PDF. SYSTACC takes the document finance already receives and lifts the amounts into the ledger.

The page stays attached to the entry. When someone asks where a figure came from, the source document is the answer.

AIR

An AIR file is the airline accounting record behind a ticket. SYSTACC reads the sale, the tax and the commission, so the coupon and the books agree.

Refunds and exchanges in a later file meet the original ticket. Settlement does not start from a blank line.

MIR

A MIR file carries the agency interface record of the booking. SYSTACC uses it to build the entry the desk would otherwise type from the PNR.

Passenger, route and fare stay together. The invoice can be raised from that record the day the ticket is issued.

IUR

An IUR file is the interface record many GDS hosts still produce. SYSTACC accepts it alongside AIR and MIR, and posts it into the same accounting flow.

Whichever of those files the host sends, the trail ends in one place: the invoice, the ledger and the amount still open.

Email inbox

Bank statements and supplier files often arrive as an email attachment. SYSTACC reads the mail, lifts the statement out of it and brings the transactions into the books.

Nobody has to download the attachment and upload it again. The statement is ready for bank reconciliation the day it reaches the inbox.

THE HANDOFF

The trail stays with the entry.

  1. 01Capture

GDS, airlines, suppliers, banks, files and APIs.

  2. 02Structure

Bookings and statements become accounting-ready entries.

  3. 03Account

Invoices, payments, memos and ledgers stay tied to the source.

  4. 04Reconcile

Bank, supplier and GST checks use that same trail.
