From the ticketing desk to the ledger
A travel agency sells across GDS, airline portals and supplier platforms, then accounts for that same sale again at night. SYSTACC reads bookings from Amadeus, Sabre and Travelport, from carriers such as IndiGo and Air India, and from suppliers such as TBO and TripJack, so the sale reaches the books once, with the passenger, route and fare attached.
Flights, hotels, cars, insurance, visas and rail all sit on the same customer account. A refund or an exchange comes back against the original ticket, so the credit note already knows the sale it adjusts.
Collections and customer balances
A receipt lands against the invoice it settles, and the outstanding updates as it does. Aging shows which customers owe what and for how long, and statements go out on email or WhatsApp from the same ledger.
- Invoices and credit notes for flights, hotels, visas, insurance and more
- Receipts matched against the invoices they settle
- Customer outstanding and aging, always current
- Statements shared on email and WhatsApp
Month-end without the spreadsheet chase
BSP billing, bank statements and supplier ledgers reconcile against the books inside SYSTACC. GSTR-1, TDS and TCS reports come from the same daily transactions, and the owner reads profitability, outstanding and the P&L from live data across every branch.
